Frank Estates is a small, desirable community with a family friendly atmosphere. We are made up of 41 single family homes all located on good sized lots. The size of our neighborhood allows us to know our neighbors and become friends. We are a self-managed and active HOA.

This well-established neighborhood, developed in 1982, is nestled in Seminole, FL with convenient access to shopping, dining, beaches, parks and the Pinellas County Trail. Centrally located in Pinellas County, we have easy access to Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa, not to mention, minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International and Tampa International airports. The Florida Department of Education awarded the Pinellas County School District an “A” grade.
